When You Are Entitled to a Remedy
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee. This includes:

Substandard Services: If trailer repairs or servicing were not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Delivery Issues: If your order arrives significantly later than the agreed timeframe.

When a Remedy Does Not Apply
Please choose your accessories and trailers carefully, as we are not required to provide a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the item or found it cheaper elsewhere.

Accidental or Intentional Damage: If the product was broken through impact, neglect, or misuse after purchase.

Failure to Follow Advice: If the product fails due to improper use, such as overloading beyond the rated capacity or ignoring maintenance instructions.

Unauthorised Repairs: If you take the product to a third party for repair before contacting Trailer World to resolve the issue.
