DELIVERY

Delivery & Collection
 

We want getting your new Trailer World trailer or accessories to be as simple and stress‑free as possible. You can either have your order delivered, or collect it from our Tuakau yard.

Trailer Delivery (Nationwide)
We can arrange delivery of most trailers throughout New Zealand.

  • North Island: Delivery can usually be arranged direct to your property or a nearby depot.

  • South Island: We regularly send trailers south via trusted carriers and can organise delivery to main centres and selected depots.

  • Tailored quote: Because trailer sizes and destinations vary, delivery is quoted individually. Contact us for a no‑obligation delivery price before you confirm your order.

 

Accessory Shipping


Smaller items and accessories (such as locks, lighting, ramps and hardware) are shipped nationwide by courier.

  • Dispatch: In‑stock items generally leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days.

  • Tracking: Where available, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your order’s progress.

 

Collections – Tuakau, Waikato
You are welcome to collect your order directly from our site.

We will let you know when your trailer or accessories are ready for collection. For trailer pickups, please ensure your tow vehicle has the correct towbar and wiring.

Delivery Times


Delivery times depend on your location, carrier schedules and product availability.

  • We will give you an estimated timeframe when you place your order.

  • While we work closely with our transport partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, ferry crossings or other factors outside our control.

 

On Arrival
 

When your trailer or accessories arrive:

  • Inspect the goods as soon as practical.

  • If there is any damage or something does not look right, contact us straight away on 0800 286 966 or email sales@trailerworld.co.nz so we can help resolve it.
